What's wrong, and with what software version?

TI-OS version: … 5.8.0.0022 TI-Boy CE version: … (shown on the TI-Boy menu, or if you built it yourself please specify which commit) Describe your issue:
Can't find save file for games in ti connect ce What are the steps to reproduce this issue?

  1. Run pokemon red
  2. play the game and then save
  3. expect to see a file labeled sav or .sav in ti connect ce Any logs, error output, screenshot, other comments...?

There's no Appvar file starting with the ROM prefix and ending in SAV as described here? Did you have TI-Connect CE already open and connected and forget to refresh the file list?

I'm not sure how i missed that, kinda dumb of me. Do i just take all those files, including the save and cfg off my calculator to uninstall the game? Would i put them all back on the calculator to reinstall?

Sure, or if you don't care that the save file takes some space on the calculator, you can delete just the ROM and send it again later. There's a handy shortcut key in TI-Boy's ROM list to delete just the ROM and keep the save files (just hit the del key on it and confirm)

well that sounds very convenient, will do. I was wondering, is the lack of space on the ti 84 plus ce a barrier to developing ti boy?
