Shrink mainmatter if statement in styles.tex #21

There's an if statement that checks whether it's the mainmatter to determine whether to put the number of the chapter before the name of the chapter in the header (e.g. 5. Linear algebra vs Preface), and that if includes the entire styling for the header and not just the number thing.

This builds locally for me. It seems to be an issue with the repo GitHub is building from.
