Why exactly is email locked behind a "KILL SWITCH"?
Even when I "Enable" the Email flag in the Admin settings and restart my instance still refuses to send email.
I couldn't find much information about it other than maybe messing with the flag and building my own image from this file, I saw in recent commits that this Kill Switch was added but unsure of why
