SSO setup is currently placed inside self hosting which doesn't reflect the usage exactly. It can be used everywhere, so potentially need to place it in Core/Enterprise Features
Also a good idea to update docs to include how to get the correct metadata. And maybe a guide for SAML/SSO setup using Okta
