UI: Añadir spinners de espera #8

Usar {{waiter}} en los lugares en que la UI necesite cargarse.

Hasta el momento esto falla porque el preloader de bs4Dash observa el evento shiny:idle https://shiny.rstudio.com/articles/js-events.html

Por alguna razón, al usar el preloader el server queda permanentemente en estado 'busy' por lo que no el preloader no puede funcionar como se debe. Se descarta avances respecto a esto hasta corregir dependencia en {firebase}, que ya no será mantenida para CRAN.
