allow autokey scripts to be triggered externally

Usecase#1 Use mouse gestures (e.g. with easystroke) to trigger autokey script
Usecase#2 allow bash script (e.g. cron job) to trigger autokey script

ultimately it would mean being able to trigger an autokey script from command 
line, how that message is generated would be up to the user

Many common tasks working with text could be scripted in autokey with various 
mouse gestures, e.g. like with autohotkey
