What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.for exapmple, i enter my address. i have two special characters in last name
and in street name. that is letter "ć"(0107)
2.everithing is shown correct in editor window
3.use it in simple tex editor or in web browser

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
expected output is letter "ć", but there is no letter at all. my last name is
"Lovretić", but i get "Lovreti"

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
latest version of autokey 0.70.5, ubuntu 10.4, english for OS, qwertz keyboard,
croatian language for input

Please provide any additional information below.
it is very similar to issue no. 55.

in croatian laguage we have 5 special characters ČĆĐŠŽ/čćđšž, all
over ubuntu are shown correctly, but autokey ignore them at all. no matter did
i enter them in "normal" way or trough ascii codes. similar thing is happeninh
if i want to set up abbreviation with those characters. if i enter, for example
"šš" for entering my password (in croatian, password=šifra", nothing
happens. in editor window is all ok, but when i want to enter in browser or
password window, nothing happens.

so, is there any help for us from croatia?

thanks in advance!

I've tested this and I can duplicate your problem. However, I have no idea why
it is not working. It works for some layouts and characters (e.g. swedish) but
not croat, and I just don't know why.

it seems that at every new version some key-maps are corrected. until then,
i'll add those letters manually. it is only solution for now.
thanks!
