Hook WG to prevent players, on servers with WG installed, from creating a BP region that would overlap a WG region.

I don't think we need to do that. As with WG, the protections cannot be build in, no matter what. Tested, and it works. No need for this. Maybe, as a bonus feature whenever we get bored.

Not true, you can create a WG region and allow anyone to build in it. But I do see complications on determining if they should be able to place within or not because some situations the server owner might actually want them to be able to make the BP protection. Though if they're using WG, I don't see much need for BP.
