Fails with copy protected files #21

I tried to merge 3 separate PDF documents into 1 but failed reporting that 
a.pdf, b.pdf, c.pdf were copy-protected flagged.

Please, can you remove this limitation?

This restriction is enforced by iTextSharp, which is used internally to do the 
actual PDF work, so this is really not anything I can change.
