along with 2 reservation coordinators(can be done by any student you choose for it that includes the President and so on).

I believe these are also called 'scheduling liaisons'

I think so, too. Sal says we need this to become an RSO, so even though we have this in the Constitution, we will need to select people to become these coordinators.
