I don't know if this is the most ideal file structure, but I could use some comments.

I don't know if this is the most ideal file structure, but I could use some comments. t I think we could :
combine 'Applications and Forms' with 'Planning' and then rename this folder 'Templates'.
move all folders within 'Documents' up a level, and then delete 'Documents'.
move 'Meeting Notes' to 'Official Documents'.
Create a folder called 'Research and Marketing' and then move 'Logos' into that folder.
Move 'Board Game Data' to 'Research and Marketing', and rename 'Board Game Data' to 'Rating Scale'.
(also, I would make this changes myself as suggestions, but I was unable to. I went to the changes in commit #32 but I could not figure out how to rename the folders or move any files. I am wondering if this is because I was looking at changes? I have no EDIT button in the Constitutional branch.)
@calebjpicker I did the file changes on my local machine the pushed them to the Constitutional branch. It's hard to move files directly on github. If you see something done by "RudyJJ" instead of MElemental that means that I was editing my local Repo then pushed to this Remote Repo.

Okay. Next time we meet up, you will have to show me how I can do that on my computer. That's kind of a pain to burden you with it.
I think we should use the 5 commands for the git command line. github is just a repo built on git, which is a command line program. It's really easy to move around folders once you know the git command line.

Okay. Do I just pull up cmd ? How do I connect to our repository, see the repository on my computer, make the changes, and then commit it back to our repository? It's not clear to me, even though I'd like to use the 5 commands.
Okay, so I was just able to edit the Constitution branch, and it added it to your Pull Request. That's good.
Here's a video about it, but yes you would pull up cmd. You have to download git first though.
I haven't used windows in a while so, I don't know if id be of immediate help. but I think it should be similar
If you approve of these file structure changes, then please merge the pull request and close it.
Actually you should merge the request since I made the request. Let's get in the habit of NOT merging our own pull requests
@calebjpicker
(sidenote: this is me trying to use the pull requests correctly, let's try doing some communications through here and see if we can get a better idea of how to do this.)
What do you think of this flie structure?
Does this look cleaner.
