Unable to "discard" unsent messages #58

It appears that the X that appears in the upper-right corner of an unsent message does not actually dismiss or discard the message from the chat.

Browser: Chrome Version 74.0.3729.169 (Official Build) (64-bit) OS: macOS High Sierra 10.13.4 (17E202)

The “X” was mostly meant as an extra indicator that the message failed to send. Probably a better use of that space is a retry button.
