User settings page #70

It would be preferably for a user to be able to modify "settings" for their account.

Features could include:

notification preferences
edit display name
customize avatar (#66 )
group display preferences (#46 )
change password (#68 )

Currently there’s a https://connect.ink/account page which is really basic.

Ultimately, I’d like for the user to be able to do everything without leaving the core app, so I imagine the design for a user settings page might look like a modal.
