This PR is ugly and largely a total overhaul of the web app and back end sleep tracking system. High level features include:
Re-written web app with stylistic and functional improvements + new features
Added ability to crop "focus region" for ML processing
Added ability to train SVM baby classifier w/ 1-click from the app
Added ML vision view, which provides the user a glimpse into what the suite of baby tracking capabilities is "seeing", and using to determine wake/sleep status
Added "sleepometer" gauge which provides the user w/ how confident the system is: that the baby is sleeping/awake
Added option sleep notifications (telegram) for when your baby wakes up
Zoom/pan-able concentric sleep circles d3 chart
New SVM classifier factored into overall sleep tracking logic
