This PR updates the .gitignore file and brings in the missing files which should have been added w/ the 2.0 upgrade.

Notable changes:

docker-compose.yml
dockerignore
some text files that are used to store app settings, such that preserved between shutdown/relaunch
model dir, where the pickled trained SVM classifier resides
