Add Peass-ng modules

Description of Changes

Add Peass-ng module, However, I liked to merge this two great projects, which create a SUPER-POWER tool. Make sure that my work has not done, My idea need more work and time... ; )

Major Changes Implemented:

• Add Peass-ng scripts and binaries module
• Save scripts output to a log file
• Get always a fresh script (due to commit and developpement...), or set source option for a downloaded files.

Pre-Merge Tasks

• [x] Formatted all modified files w/ python-black
• [x] Sorted imports for modified files w/ isort
• [x] Ran flake8 on repo, and fixed any new problems w/ modified files
• [x] Ran pytest test cases
• [x] Added brief summary of updates to CHANGELOG (under [Unreleased])
