Getting user credentials from separate file or command #240

Is the feature related to a problem? Please describe.

According to the docs, user credentials can be set in pwncatrc. However, I want to be about to keep my pwncatrc in a public git repo and having creds in it would simply be bad security.

Feature Description

Allow users to read credentials from a cred file or some commands (e.g. pass).
