AutoGrow resets page scroll in Chrome and Safari #39

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open your _samples autogrow.html file in Chrome or Safari
2. Press enter multiple times in the second editor. The page will snap to the 
top each time you hit the enter key, forcing you to scroll down to see the 
editor.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
CKEditor 3.6.1
Chrome 12.0.742.122
Safari 5.0.5
Windows 7 Enterprise, 64 bit
