How to switch keyboard layout? #62

Is it possible? I have three different keyboard layouts: EN, RU, DE. But 
switching is not affected, input always with EN keyboard layout.

Browsers: Firefox 15, Chrome 21; Windows Vista.

I think is a problem between Flash plugin and Windows.
It seems to have some posts on internet about that.

I don't have any idea how i can manage that in my as3 application.
