Register GPS Tracker link does not work #43

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Click on Register GPS Tracker link
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expected: Register GPS Tracker dialog opens
Seen: Geofence is created as if the Geo-Fence link clicked.
