Unexpected error occured consult the developer #66

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1.Installation on android phone above 4.1 version

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expected to get registered or sign in but the error comes out

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
android 4.1.1 and above

Please provide any additional information below.
I have downloaded traceper.zip and installed it in my local server. I tried the 
provided apk on a android 2.3.4 and it worked like a charm. Then i updated the 
package for sdk 17 my current version. the application gets installed but when 
i try to register or login it gives out above mentioned error
