What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. start zssapp
2. enter 0 in A1
3. right click to set Cell Format>Number Format>Date>3/14/01 13:30.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect: shall show 1/0/00 0:00
Real: Exception complains a bad date.
