compiling with '--with-swift' yields configure: WARNING: unrecognized options: --with-swift #150

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.svn checkout latest branch
2. ./bootstrap
3. ./configure --with-swift=/opt/swift --with-apr=/usr/local/apr 
--with-apr-util=/usr/local/apr

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
svn checkout http://unimrcp.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/ unimrcp
Ubuntu 12.04 64 
Cepstral 6

Please provide any additional information below.
End result there is no support for cepstral in the plugins directory

There is no such an option --with-swift since r1679.
