romcal export: use month headings #6

The sanctorale data file specification knows two ways to enter dates. The romcal export currently uses the easier one - each line beginning with a complete date in format MONTH/DAY like

1/27 : Saint Angela Merici, virgin

It would be preferable to use the format with month headings instead and leave a blank line before each month.

27 : Saint Angela Merici, virgin
# ... further January celebrations
