I suggest that you change the minWaitTime and maxWaitTime to something like that:
minWaitTime = 1800 maxWaitTime = 21600 or even maxWaitTime = 28800
That's a range of 30min to 6-8 hours and should provide quite a bit of randomness and also cope well with the new point-distribution.
