Added small Peru flag #116

Without a Peru flag, Peru was not available in the list of countries to select a VPN server from. Any country that came after Peru in alphabetical order also did not show up in the list. I got the Peru flag from this source https://cdn.countryflags.com/download/peru/flag-png-3d-round-icon-128.png
