support for Ardour 5 plugin inline displays #84

I'd like to request support for the new cool ardour 5 feature: plugin inline display

I'm sure you know better what to expose in the mixer strip for each wonderful plugin you have.

Could the inline display be optional? I was initially very excided about this issue, but I found out that plugins take much more screen space and usually don't present too much useful information.

I'd love a way to disable the inline displays per plugin - I'll file an Issue in Ardour's tracker for this anyway.

Inline display can be shut down in Ardour from context menu of plugin on mixer strip.
