Replace certificate:BLUE_ANGEL with certificate:BLUE_ANGEL_SMARTPHONES when applicable #124

Fairphones coming from the BHT pipeline do not get a "fair labour" badge. This is because they are labeled with certificate:BLUE_ANGEL instead of certificate:BLUE_ANGEL_SMARTPHONES, for example the product with the ID c72afc243f283a20129d355f9773ecc3a3c3b59c

Closing as this wasn't causing the actual issue but rather the missing labels
