Switching to HTML base extraction #34

Before, we used displayed strings to find the area of interest. For other languages, this won't work. This one improves the Zalando extractor by using HTML tags that are, hopefully, also available in other languages.

i think for impact und aspects cluster_certificates should be "cluster-causes" instead of "cluster-certificates" im removing them in my PR since theyre unused but its good to have choices
