As amazon fr #70

Adding amazon_fr store using the "main" extractor and spider created for de. Small adjustments had been made on the spider to remove hardcoded url, we are now using minimal script. Main extractor had been also updated to add french key words.

Not yet ready for review. I need to correct a small issue found for price for a few categories.

This is ready for review, I got 1376 products in total by running the start-job.
