The whole whitepaper jumble needs to be fixed, of course. Sporedb has been adopted as the base framework, but it needs to be merged into what DIV aims at, which includes everything that SporeDB has in it, then including the code repository system, Git integration, potentially a database abstraction interface to enable SQL, NoSQL, K/V and Graph backend stores as appropriate for specific applications.

This is by way of a 'TODO' to make sure that the Whitepaper reaches a complete state in the near future.

Hi! Author of SporeDB here.

SporeDB is still a draft with a lot of rough edges (in both whitepaper and implementation). I'm working during my free time to solve main issues (https://gitlab.com/SporeDB/sporedb/issues), and would be very happy to collaborate with DIV. I'm also willing to polish the SporeDB whitepaper for future peer-review.

That sounds wonderful. I will be tidying up the archival parts so your work can go into that spot, I suppose there will be things I might add or change that you might want to merge into SporeDB also. I will look at the spore issues and make the changes here and then refer you to them for possible merging.
