Add support for Razer Stream Controller #155

Hi, I see your project has support for Loupedeck20 (CT) and Loupedeck30 (Live). Could you please add support for Loupedeck40 (Razer Stream Controller)? It is functionally identical to the Loupedeck30 so the same profile settings/layout would work.

Hi After Loupdeck 5.4 and the new plugin version 2.3.0, the profile works on Razer Stream Control

Great news !! I am trying to make a default usable profile but it is difficult without the device
