Just like basset_sad.py, can compute SNP Accessibility Difference scores for SNPs in a VCF file using the given model.

Hi, sorry for the last response. We are working on integrating scBasset into basenji repo. And then you would have access to all the functions and utilities in basenji. Will let you know once we have update!
