Hi, In the first step we download the data in the downloads folder, however, the data here seems not used in the processing step. Could you please specify how the data downloaded in the first step used later? Thanks

Hi,

For the motif scoring, ISM_visualization, ISM_PWM tutorials, you would need the downloaded data.
