Add learning-rate parameter #72

Add parameters for learning rate for solo.train and vae.

We just received another chunk of samples, unfortunately 3 samples (out of 50) return the same NaN error. 1e-5 they work fine. I added a note in the Readme so that people can change the value in case 1e-3 does not work at all
