Suggestion: turn off teleport traps when teleports are turned off #86

It's a dead giveaway that it's a trap.

This is a slightly more complex issue due to the way fabs are tied to styles - just as an example though, teleport fabs technically qualify both under 'teleport' and 'trap' styles but it's been decided they should be under 'trap' style instead.

At the moment, only one style property can be declared per fab.
