Laying groundwork for future expanded Heretic support #99

-Adapted MsrSgtShooterPerson's Doom themes.lua file into a single-theme file for Heretic. New theme is named 'Castle', same as the previous version of the Heretic themes file. Added sinks and various Theme/Room options that seem to cause map generation to fail if they are not present. Seems to work with most options enabled (even if they are ultimately ignored due to lack of prefabs or not being 'doomish') except Streets and Linear mode.

-Added section for Castle theme in the naming.lua file. More or less a placeholder with at least a single word for each category (adjective, noun, etc.)

This looks good so far! Thank you for laying down the groundwork for the Heretic branch. This should entice other contributors interested in Heretic to start helping too!
