tried 10ml ginger syrup and no simple, garnished with chilli tincture drops.
garnish is great.
still something weird in it, lillet still has a dodge aspect to it but methinks main problem is that lillet and cointreau don't go together at all
suggested +5 ginger (for a total of 15), no cointreau, maybe replace lillet with dry vermouth?
