Release-Plan? #28

Hi,

just wanted to ask if there is a kind of release plan? For now I can work with the 2.3-snapshot, but would be good to know when 2.3 could arrive.

Realistically before xmas, as I want to shutdown the current ME CDC branch ASAP. It's feature complete, minus some backports from j8. The only part of the code pending tests is Tpuart, which is the backport of the j8 branch, which itself was ported from some old java code. I have to specifically test that in the lab, because I don't use the master branch anymore.
