A portuguese accent key isn't working on English(US), International Style #36

Hi, could you please fix the accent in English(US), International Style when using portuguese language? The key that creates à and ã works and I also can create â but I can't create the vowels with ' (á), the special case of c with ' (ç), nor the special case of u with " (ü).

This is unfortunately currently unsupported in Android kcm files, see #16
