Requesting Santali (Ol Chiki) layout. #8

Sir, please add Santali language (Ol Chiki) layout. I'm not able to type Santali language in Physical keyboard. 😱😱😱😱

I have manually created a layout in extra language keyboard demo (Backed up as .dat file). And tested it, working well. I hope it may help here also.

@calin-darie Tried and tested for Santali language Sarjom Baha layout. It's working. Again Thanks for adding Santali language.
