Customer comments field is not being redisplayed #15

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open the customer form (either existing or new)
2. Enter a comment into the comments field
3. Hit the Save Customer button.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expect to see the comments stay on the screen.  Instead they disappear.

(The problem is in customerSubviewNewCust.html.  "customer.comments" needs
to be "customer_comments".)
