Do we need to add button for going from workorder view back to customer/vehicle view? #7

If you are in the workorder view, there is no convenient way to go back to
the customer/vehicle to which the workorder belongs.

It might be helpful to a user to have this navigation button.

I think it is very useful to have this button. I hope it's not too difficult to 
implement.

Hyperlinked the customer name in the header of the workorder to provide path 
back to
customer/vehicle view from workorder view.
