[x] Pick CLI for both extracting Excel figures and Word to PDF, and ensure those match the template
[x] Move the inputs for those templates up so they are in order of what the user should fill in
[x] After adding Word to PDF stage, pipeline did not show as out of date -- probably an API thing
[x] Super slow on Windows -- maybe don't refresh DVC remote and always allow push/pull, or maybe only look in $HOME/calkit for projects with the local server
