Redesign discussion #42

I would like to open discussion about redesign - I believe all we see it is time for it! What information should be addeded, what more we would like to see on homepage? I will try to propose some designs here, probably by PNG image simply, and I encourage anyone to do the same.

We can get some more people to contribute and help with ideas on how to make this better. I already had good interactions on Twitter about this. I will prompt them to come here and put forward some proposal.

I'm a dab handy in photoshop and would be happy to put a few concepts together. Do you have any examples of the direction/general layout you would like, to get me started?

@JosephWoodward thanks for volunteering time to help with the design of the site. I think we should decide what direction we want to take the site to and how we can make it more user-friendly and appealing. I would like to see @kkokosa, @mihcall et al joining the conversation and get things moving. I know everyone's busy but I'm sure we can allocate 30 mins to discuss design ideas?
