Purpose

This PR introduces new code that after each monthly build will generate a JSON file that acts as a proxy for a directory listing for all PheKnowLator builds by monthly build/release. This is a temporary solution that addresses issue #91.

Additional Changes

Added a link to the README that points to the project Wiki where there is a table that lists all possible output types generated for each KG build.
