Task Type: CODEBASE

Re-think what should be included in the base set of merged ontologies prior to adding edge data.

[x] Determine how to handle merged ontologies (base KG)
- Process base KG to remove all node and edge metadata by removing it and storing it
- Remove all annotation properties and include only those triples needed for reasoning
- Remove all dead classes, some of this will be done in #73
[x] Update KG build code to match this plan
