This PR adds the following functionality:

Adding parallelization via ray to:
- edge_list.py
- knowledge_graph.py
- owlnets.py
Processing of both owl:Class and owl:Axiom entities

This PR modifies the following existing functionality/output:

Removes .owl files
Adds .nt logic subsets
Improves code that verifies owlnets output yields a single connected component
