Reconsideration of Phenotype Definition #93

Problem: The current phenotype definition for cases with peanut allergy includes drugs strings with the word "peanut", and clinically relevant entries include diagnostic allergy tests. However, we could be missing individuals who were diagnosed as a young child, never received a formal allergy skin test, or were diagnosed outside the health system.

Potential solution: I propose adding drug strings with "epinephrine" to the phenotype definition. This would allow us to find individuals with prescriptions for Epi-Pens, which can be used in an anaphylactic emergency for accidental peanut ingestion.

Alternatives: We could ignore this suggestion, but I am concerned that we may be missing a meaningful method of phenotyping these individuals within the data.
