Updates for LatteDB which where used in https://github.com/callat-qcd/nucleon_elastic_FF.

Major Features

project.formfac and related tables for form factor disk / tape status
Rest table views for formfac tables (need for tables with >> 20k rows)
Automated unittests
BSD-3 Clause license

Further Features

Updated doc strings for all models
A new logo
